thanks for the comment and I&#039;ll definitely look at the Apdex site which I had not come across until now. I&#039;m definitely in agreement with the need to be consistent in terminology and I guess my Blog reflected a use of terms WestGlobal has evolved towards as we&#039;ve (hopefully) got better at helping enterprises to understand the value of our approach to monitoring.</description>

I&#039;d strongly encourage you to adopt the approach recommended by Apdex here http://www.apdex.org/.  

The industry does not need another way to define user experience. This is a huge issue when all of the vendors are doing things differently.

Reach out to Peter Sevcik and at least have him walk you through the concept.
