Progress is indeed slower than I hoped, and indeed we need to get more people participate in the working groups. However, I don't see public review of work done and getting different opinions heard at that review as a bad thing, public reviews are intended to improve the quality of deliverables, so the "thinking out loud" has been the major goal of that meeting. As for getting things done faster-- my challenge to you is to set a personal example by leading and participating in work groups.
